Must Haves:
* Someone with strong experience supporting internal teams with business systems
* Internal team support: marketing, sales, customer experience, HR, etc
* Business System support: Salesforce (Marketing Cloud), Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle, etc
* Tools support: Gong, Seismic,
* Experience training internal teams on business systems/tools and improving new tool/system adoption across teams
* CI/CD source control experience
* Strong communication/cross functional skills
Plusses:
* AI experience/exposure – thinks outside of the box and of new ways to utilize AI in day to day to help with efficiency
* PeopleSoft experience
Day to Day:
Act as the local Change Management Lead for internal business teams such as, sales, marketing, HR, etc. through technology transformations, supporting platform and process change.
Lead user adoption, training, and enablement for business system transformations, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud migrations.
Translate technical changes into clear, role based impacts for sales, marketing, and revenue teams, ensuring users understand how to work effectively in new systems.
Design and deliver training on both legacy and new platforms, guiding users through the transition and supporting them during go live and the first 30-60 days post launch.
Drive adoption of sales and enablement tools such as Gong and Seismic, embedding them into day to day workflows to improve productivity and outcomes.
Serve as a visible change leader and coach, addressing resistance, reinforcing best practices, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure sustained adoption and successful transformation.
