Title: Copy Writer/Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Act as the Rep Communications channel owner for multiple lines of business
Partner with business, product, marketing, and distribution teams to assess and prioritize requests for new or updated rep-facing communications
Draft, refine, and edit copy for email campaigns, landing pages, and other rep-driven content following established standards and best practices
Manage copy through a defined approval workflow, including QA, compliance review, email development coordination, and product partner approvals
Ensure completed materials are properly stored, maintained, and shared for ongoing use
Analyze engagement and performance data to provide optimization recommendations
Ensure all deliverables are high quality, accurate, on time, and aligned with strategy
Continuously improve rep communications processes, channel effectiveness, and efficiency
Build strong subject-matter expertise in products, offerings, and how communications are delivered to reps and customers
Serve as a trusted communications advisor to stakeholders and field partners

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of related professional experience with increasing responsibility in a complex, enterprise or matrixed environment
Strong background in writing, editing, communications, content development, marketing, or sales support
Proven experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality results
Confident self-starter who can lead their own work, ask the right questions, and manage ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

BA/BS degree (helpful but not required)
Experience supporting or managing regulated content and approval workflows
Familiarity with digital marketing channels, particularly email communications
Experience with e-review or compliance review processes
