We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a direct-hire, permanent position joining the legal team of a national organization in their Atlanta office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of defense liability matters without a billable requirement!
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating litigation activity with outside and local counsel to ensure that cases are moving forward
- Performing research
- Drafting legal documents
- Maintaining legal department document management database
- Assisting with trial preparation
- Assisting with exhibits
- Handling other related responsibilities
To be considered, litigation paralegal candidates must have at least five years of experience as a litigation paralegal, a bachelor’s degree and strong organizational and communication skills. Paralegal certificate is a plus.
