Overview
We are seeking experienced Litigation Paralegals at both the mid-level and senior level to support complex, high-stakes matters. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy managing detailed litigation workflows, and want to grow within a collaborative legal team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support all phases of complex litigation, from discovery through trial
  • Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and matter organization
  • Organize, collect, review, and produce hard copy and electronic documents
  • Assist with document reviews, privilege logs, and database management
  • Maintain and manage case files, media, and document management systems
  • Prepare attorneys for depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
  • Compile, organize, and track exhibits, binders, and demonstratives
  • Prepare legal documents and filings in compliance with court rules, including e-filing where applicable
  • Conduct legal and factual research and summarize findings
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support litigation needs
Additional Responsibilities (Senior Paralegal Level)
  • Lead document production strategy and oversee large-scale reviews
  • Serve as a resource on court rules, procedures, and litigation best practices
  • Train, mentor, and supervise junior paralegals
  • Manage trial logistics and serve as a key on-site trial support resource
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate
  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (Paralegal level)
  • 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience (Senior Paralegal level)
  • Strong understanding of the litigation lifecycle and attorney support needs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and document management systems (e.g., iManage)
  • Working knowledge of legal research platforms such as Lexis, Westlaw, and PACER
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Flexibility to work overtime and travel as needed, including for trials
Compensation
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
  • Paralegal level range from $75,000 – $100,000
  • Senior-level roles may range from $115,000-$145,000
