Position Overview:
We’re partnering with a client seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join their team in a key support role. This position is fully onsite in downtown Portland, offering a consistent, team-oriented environment with free parking provided.
This role offers flexibility depending on your background, whether your strengths are in administrative support, customer service, or data entry. You’ll play an important role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while contributing to a positive, collaborative team.
The pay for this position is $20-$21 per hour, depending on experience.
You’ll also gain exposure to NetSuite, a widely used ERP system in the accounting world, offering valuable experience for anyone looking to grow their skill set over time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry across internal systems
- Provide friendly and professional customer service via phone and email
- Support general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and document management
- Assist with order entry, processing, and tracking as needed
- Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy
- Communicate with internal teams to support daily operations
- Help improve processes and keep workflows running efficiently
- Provide general support to the team wherever needed
