Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a respected AmLaw‑caliber law firm to identify an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for its growing Atlanta office. This role supports a sophisticated commercial real estate and real estate development practice. The position is full‑time, direct hire, and fully onsite.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys on commercial real estate and real estate development transactions
- Review and analyze title commitments, title policies, and ALTA/land surveys
- Assist with entity formations and maintain corporate records
- Organize and manage transaction documents and closing materials
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and third‑party vendors as needed
- Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple deadlines and priorities
Qualifications
- 4+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm, with a focus on commercial real estate or a related transactional practice area
- Strong experience with title and survey review
- Highly organized and self‑motivated with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment
