Overview This is a full-time opportunity within a growing marketing enablement function at a global investment management firm. The team is focused on modernizing how marketing content, client reporting, and systems are managed-sitting at the intersection of marketing, technology, and investment communications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a tech-enabled marketing environment and has experience managing workflows, systems, and client-facing reporting deliverables.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Deliver recurring and ad hoc client reports (monthly/quarterly) using marketing and reporting platforms
- Support investment/content teams by executing and distributing marketing commentary across systems
- Build, update, and troubleshoot content within sales enablement tools, websites, and client portals
- Maintain and manage marketing data and reporting accuracy across platforms
- Coordinate timelines and workflows for client reporting deliverables
- Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, client services, tech, etc.) to ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with system improvements, testing, and ongoing optimization of marketing tools
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial services (investment or wealth management strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of marketing systems / MarTech (this is not a purely creative marketing role)
- Hands-on experience with Seismic (must have – backend/system knowledge preferred, not just end user)
- Experience managing recurring client reporting processes or deliverables
- Strong project management and workflow coordination skills
- Experience with project management tools (Asana preferred; others acceptable)
- SQL or data querying experience
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with client reporting tools (e.g., Coric or similar platforms)
- Background working closely with investment, reporting, or client service teams
- Exposure to website or client portal content management
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing or system implementation work
