Title: PowerPoint Designer
Location: Boston
Onsite Requirements: Hybrid
Duration: 6 months
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Presentation Specialist to support the creation of high-quality, visually compelling presentations. This individual will have a strong understanding of presentation design principles and the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging visual content.
Responsibilities:
- Design and format presentations aligned with brand guidelines and project requirements
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all materials
- Create engaging slide layouts, graphics, and charts to simplify complex concepts
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather content and improve structure/design
- Edit and refine presentations to enhance clarity, flow, and visual impact
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand goals and deliver polished output
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in presentation design in a corporate or agency environment
- Advanced proficiency in presentation software (templates, layouts, formatting, animations)
- Strong graphic design skills using industry-standard creative tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field preferred
- 4+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Creative, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on high-quality deliverables
