We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations while serving as the first point of contact for visitors and internal teams. This role blends front desk reception, administrative coordination, and office support, ensuring a welcoming and efficient workplace environment.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the front desk point of contact, greeting visitors, managing calls, and directing inquiries professionally
- Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment for employees, clients, and guests
- Support daily administrative operations, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting setup
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Coordinate office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management to ensure accuracy and organization
- Support leadership and internal teams with general administrative tasks and projects
- Help coordinate employee onboarding logistics, including workspace setup and materials
- Maintain office records and basic reporting as needed
- Assist with planning and coordination of team meetings, events, and office activities
- Provide cross-functional support to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
- Uphold a professional, friendly, and service-oriented approach in all interactions
