Our client, a stable and growing organization in the Raleigh area, is seeking a detail-oriented P-Card Administrator for a long-term temporary opportunity. This position offers the chance to join a well-established accounting team while supporting and administering the company’s procurement card program.

Responsibilities

As the P-Card Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Administering the company-wide procurement card (P-Card) program
  • Reviewing and auditing card transactions for policy compliance
  • Monitoring cardholder activity and identifying discrepancies or exceptions
  • Following up with employees and managers to obtain required documentation and approvals
  • Reconciling P-Card transactions and ensuring timely expense reporting
  • Assisting with monthly close processes related to card activity
  • Managing card issuance, maintenance, limit changes, and account updates
  • Researching and resolving transaction issues and vendor inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting internal and external audit requests
  • Assisting with related Accounts Payable and expense management functions as needed

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should have:

  • 1+ year of experience in P-Card administration, expense management, Accounts Payable, or a related accounting function
  • Experience reviewing employee expenses and enforcing corporate policies
  • Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
  • ERP and/or expense management system experience (Concur experience preferred)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large data sets and reconciliations
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
