DMV Boutique Seeks Litigation Attorney

A boutique litigation firm based in Fairfax, VA is looking to add a talented attorney with 5+ years of civil litigation experience to their team to represent plaintiffs and defendants throughout the DMV in a variety of matters including civil litigation, employment litigation and counsel, business disputes, labor law, workplace investigations and contract matters. This hands-on role offers immediate responsibility, direct client interaction, and regular court appearances.

Labor & employment experience is considered a plus, but is not required. The team is open to strong litigators from other practice areas who are interested in building depth in this space.

Competitive candidates will have meaningful experience in federal and/or state court, strong legal writing skills, and the ability to run cases with limited supervision.

The individual selected will be responsible for managing an active caseload, handling hearings and depositions, drafting substantive motions, and working closely with clients through all stages of litigation.

Preference will be given to attorneys admitted to practice in DC or Maryland. VA bar admission, or eligibility to gain admission immediately is a plus. This position is hybrid, but will require a regular in-office presence in Fairfax.

Anticipated compensation for this position is $120K-$150K depending on experience plus bonuses and additional benefits.
