Full Stack Software Engineers – Secret Clearance Required

Job Description:
- Develop and implement technical solutions to complex business and system challenges.
- Design, build, test, and maintain full-stack applications using React (frontend) and Java (backend).
- Support the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including development, integration, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cloud-native solutions in AWS environments.
- Integrate backend services and databases, including PostgreSQL and other relational/NoSQL systems.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability using modern engineering practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices for secure software delivery.
- Work closely with architects and technical leadership to align solutions with system design and requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to best practices across development, testing, and deployment activities.
Requirements:
- Currently Active United States Secret Clearance or Higher
- Bachelor’s with 8-10 years, Master’s with 6-8 years, or PhD with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong full-stack development experience with React (frontend) and Java/Spring Boot (backend).
- Experience with AWS cloud environments and building cloud-native applications.
- Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Oracle).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or Fargate.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools (e.g., GitLab).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
