Our client is an established real estate law firm seeking a Spanish-speaking attorney to join its residential real estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 0-2 years of experience who is looking to build a career in real estate law with comprehensive training and mentorship.

The role includes handling residential closings, reviewing and clearing title matters, and building relationships with clients and industry professionals. Candidates should be outgoing, client-focused, and interested in working in the Gainesville/Braselton/Buford area.

Requirements:

  • Active Georgia Bar license
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Interest in residential real estate law
