Our client, in the consumer goods space, is looking to add a Junior eLearning Designer to their team. This would 7+ month contract role with potential to extend/convert fulltime and would require you to go onsite 2 days a week to their office in Marlborough, MA.

Must have a portfolio to be considered

They are looking for someone to design, develop, localize, and maintain learning solutions supporting Compliance Officeinitiatives, including annual compliance training programs, microlearning campaigns, policy awareness efforts, and enterprise learning communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions across multiple modalities, including eLearning, microlearning, video, communications, and performance support resources.
• Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs, define objectives, and translate complex policies, procedures, and business requirements into engaging learning experiences.
• Create and manage learning deliverables, including storyboards, scripts, assessments, multimedia assets, review materials, and final training products.
• Produce and edit instructional videos, graphics, animations, and other multimedia content to support learning and awareness initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-4+ Years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate training.
• Experience developing eLearning, microlearning, video-based learning, and multimedia learning assets.
