Our client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting material movement throughout the facility, processing transactions within an ERP system, assisting with shipping and receiving activities, and helping ensure materials are available where and when they are needed. The ideal candidate enjoys working across teams, solving problems, and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support inventory control and material tracking activities.
- Perform inventory counts, audits, and data reconciliation as needed.
- Process and maintain accurate inventory transactions within an ERP system.
- Track inventory movement and assist with material organization and traceability.
- Support material kitting and fulfillment activities.
- Verify incoming shipments and assist with receiving processes.
- Coordinate outbound shipments and logistics activities.
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Generate inventory reports and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Partner with operations, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics teams to support day-to-day operations.
- Assist with continuous improvement projects related to inventory and warehouse processes.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working with inventory data and transactional systems.
- ERP experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
