A prestigious national law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate/Corporate Legal Assistant to join its newly established Miami office.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of legal assistant experience within a sophisticated law firm environment
- Experience supporting attorneys with commercial real estate transactional matters, including corporate and M&A work
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience working in a large, midsize or sophisticated transactional boutique law firm
Position Details:
- Fully remote until the firm secures permanent office space in Downtown Miami
- Once the office opens, the schedule will be hybrid: Tuesday through Thursday in office and Monday and Friday remote
- 37.5-hour workweek
- Overtime paid at time and a half for hours worked over 40
- Annual raises and bonuses
- Comprehensive benefits
- Firm-provided laptop, two monitors, keyboard, docking station and mouse
