Beacon Hill Financial is partnering with a growing defense/government contractor seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering strong long-term potential for someone with experience in program finance, FP&A, government contracting, and proposal pricing. Pay up to $40/hr. | Contract-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities:
* Build budgets, forecasts, and financial models
* Analyze direct, indirect, labor, material, and subcontractor costs
* Develop and review Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation
* Partner with Program Management, Contracts, Accounting, and Business Development
* Support DCAA/DCMA audits and incurred cost reporting
* Monitor program financial performance, risks, and opportunities
* Generate financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
* 5+ years of Program Finance, FP&A, or Government Contracting experience
* Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills
* Advanced Excel skills
* Experience supporting DCAA/DCMA audits preferred
* U.S. Person status required under ITAR Regulations
