Indirect Procurement Specialist (3-Month + Contract) Pay $31.25/HR (DOE)
Beacon Hill Financial is partnering with a growing organization to hire an Indirect Procurement Specialist for a contract opportunity expected to last up to 3 months. This role will support procurement operations through vendor onboarding, supplier data management, purchase order processing, and sourcing support activities. Located in the Minneapolis area with a flexible hybrid schedule and paid parking!
Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor onboarding and supplier registration activities
- Maintain and update supplier master data within Oracle P2P
- Create, track, and follow up on purchase orders across categories including IT, Marketing, and Facilities
- Support Procurement, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams to ensure accurate vendor records and smooth purchasing processes
- Assist with sourcing activities, including supplier selection, RFQs/RFPs, and contract administration
- Troubleshoot vendor and system-related issues and help resolve procurement process challenges
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and procurement reporting
Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of indirect procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or vendor management experience
- Working knowledge of Oracle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) preferred
- Experience with vendor onboarding and supplier master data management
- Exposure to sourcing processes and basic contract terms preferred
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
