A national civil litigation firm handling toxic tort, complex product liability, local government, general liability, and commercial litigation matters. Working closely with clients, the firm pursues strong results and cost-effective representation wherever they do business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a litigation caseload independently
- Take depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
- Analyze discovery; draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions
- Prepare cases for trial and provide trial support
Candidate Qualifications:
- 8+ years of defense litigation experience
- Florida Bar admission
- Experience with motion practice and depositions, including leading plaintiff and expert depositions
- Excellent research, writing, and complex analytical skill
