A growing technology-enabled services organization is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Specialist to join a fast-paced team supporting business operations and client service initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a high-volume environment, managing detailed processes, and ensuring accuracy across multiple systems.
Responsibilities
- Process and maintain high volumes of administrative transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review, validate, and reconcile data across multiple internal and external systems.
- Manage work queues, prioritize assignments, and meet established service expectations.
- Maintain organized records, documentation, status updates, and reporting.
- Investigate and resolve routine issues while escalating more complex matters when appropriate.
- Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in operations, compliance, administrative support, or a similarly detail-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team mindset.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working within structured processes and regulated environments is preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems, workflow tools, or process improvement initiatives is a plus.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and productivity tools.
Position Details
- Onsite 1 day/week in Denver, CO
- Standard business hours aligned with the Mountain Time Zone.
- One-year contract assignment with potential for extension based on business needs.
