We are looking for a senior full stack software engineer who will contribute significantly to building software products for a growing enterprise organization.
In this role, you will build world-class solutions across both frontend and backend systems. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders to drive high-impact projects and deliver high-quality customer experiences. As an experienced engineer you will contribute to technical decisions, mentor team members, and help shape engineering practices. If you are a strategic thinker and collaborator who holds yourself and others accountable for delivering high-quality, mission-critical outcomes, this is the role for you.

Experience:

Must have 5 + years’ experience building production systems full stack across frontend and backend technologies

Must have strong experience with React, Next.js and TypeScript

Must have strong backend experience with Kotlin, Java, Spring, or similar technologies

Must have experience building API’s and working with SQL databases such as MariaDB, Postrgres, or similar

Must have an understanding of distributed systems concepts including asynchronous processing

Must have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP and containerized environments

Must have strong experience with observability tools such as Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or similar tools

Must have experience using AI tools in development workflows and familiarity with agentic patterns

Must have experience with event streaming systems such as Kafka

Must have excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork abilities

Experience building software with 3rd party integrations is ideal

Experience with observability is ideal

Must have experience with asynchronous and event-driven systems

Must be able to collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to drive technical decisions and deliver business outcomes

Must be able to own the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment

Must be able to ensure systems are observable through logs, metrics, and tracing

Must be able to contribute to building and improving agentic and AI-assisted development workflows using tools such as Claude
