Our client, a luxury watch manufacturer and distributor located in Midtown, Manhattan is looking for a LTT Parts and Service Coordinator to join their team for a six-month commitment with potential to extend. This position will start as soon as they find the right fit and will operate on a hybrid schedule (Mon-Th on-site, Fri remote) between the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily. Compensation is $30/hour.

Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service by listening carefully, responding promptly, and providing clear, personalized solutions.
* Manage the full lifecycle of customer, repair, and parts orders from receipt and estimate preparation through fulfillment, shipment, and invoicing.
* Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and regions, taking ownership of requests through resolution or escalation.
* Communicate accurate, timely information regarding warranties, repairs, parts availability, pricing, approvals, specifications, troubleshooting, and watch-setting instructions.
* Proactively update customers on open requests, backorders, delays, completion dates, and shipment status.
* Enter and maintain accurate order and customer information in SAP and other systems.
* Monitor orders, repair queues, and delivery schedules and resolve issues relating to service, billing, shipments, and customer concerns.
* Partner with Sales, Service, Parts, Logistics, Warehouse, Planning, and Finance teams to resolve operational issues.
* Maintain complete records and correspondence while adhering to policies and internal controls.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
* Minimum of 3 years of related experience
* Strong customer service skills and customer-first mindset
* Ability to work effectively under pressure
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Strong follow-through and problem-solving capabilities
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
* Experience creating and working with reports and spreadsheets
* ERP experience required, SAP experience preferred
* Willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes
