Junior to Mid Level Litigation Attorney – PGH

A growing regional litigation firm is seeking an associate with 2+ years of experience to join its Pittsburgh office. The practice represents major insurers, businesses, and other clients in a broad range of civil defense matters and offers substantial hands-on litigation experience in a collaborative, down-to-earth environment.

What You’ll Do

• Handle a variety of general liability and insurance defense matters
• Manage cases through discovery, motion practice, depositions, and resolution
• Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses
• Take on meaningful responsibility and client-facing work from day one

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Experience in a law firm environment with billable-hour requirements
• Insurance defense experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills
• Active PA bar admission required
• Additional regional bar admissions are a plus
