Reputable manufacturing company in search of a Data Entry Clerk to assist their team on a temporary basis (3-4+ months). Looking for an individual with experience utilizing ERP systems for data entry, order entry, and inventory support. This company is looking for someone to start as soon as possible!
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update inventory information within the company’s ERP system, including part numbers, quantities, and inventory adjustments with a high degree of accuracy.
- Review and process a high volume of orders per day, entering part numbers with each order while ensuring all data is entered correctly and completely.
- Verify inventory records against supporting documentation and identify discrepancies requiring correction or follow-up.
- Maintain organized records and support general office operations related to inventory tracking, data management, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous data entry experience in an office or inventory-focused environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, or similar) strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a high volume of data entry
