Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Legal Analyst 2 for a temporary-to-permanent assignment supporting our client, a Temple Terrace, Florida-based corporation.

Our client is expanding its real estate portfolio and is seeking two Legal Analysts to support a high-volume commercial lease administration function. This role offers an opportunity to work with a large commercial real estate portfolio and will focus on lease administration, financial reconciliations, critical date management, and landlord communication. Candidates must have prior commercial leasing experience, including exposure to retail, office, fitness, or other commercial property types.

Responsibilities

• Review, abstract, update, and maintain lease information within internal technology systems.
• Manage and maintain lease-related documents, including electronic and physical file organization.
• Review invoices against lease requirements and verify supporting documentation and calculations.
• Monitor and validate financial obligations associated with lease agreements.
• Analyze and reconcile Common Area Maintenance (CAM), insurance, and real estate tax charges in accordance with lease provisions.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolution efforts with landlords.
• Manage subtenant administration, including rent tracking and invoice processing.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding lease obligations, critical dates, policies, and inquiries.
• Review estoppels and Subordination Non-Disturbance Agreements (SNDAs) for consistency with lease terms.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare financial and critical date reports, identify exceptions, and assist with process improvements.
• Support special projects, process documentation, and portfolio administration initiatives.
• Provide guidance to team members on lease administration processes and projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial lease administration, commercial real estate, or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing commercial leases from inception through ongoing administration.
• Experience reviewing and reconciling operating expenses, CAM charges, insurance expenses, and property taxes.
• Experience reviewing invoices and lease-related financial obligations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in one or more of the following backgrounds is highly desirable:
  • Lease Administrator
  • Commercial Property Manager
  • Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant
  • Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
• Residential leasing experience alone is not sufficient for this role.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Candidates must be comfortable working onsite full-time byt a hybrid schedule will be likely

Pay

• Starting around $26.00 per hour
