Required Qualifications
· 7+ years of project management experience in data center or other mission-critical construction environments
· Working knowledge of data center MEP systems, including switchgear, UPS systems, generators, cooling systems, BMS, and physical security
· Direct experience managing vendor procurement and purchasing & sourcing (P&S) within a corporate procurement environment.
· Strong proficiency with Excel and Smartsheet or equivalent project management tools. PMP certification is preferred but not required.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional responsibilities.
