Financial Analyst/Accountant Opportunity- Contract to Hire- Pay up to $80K+Bonus!
Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a Financial Analyst/Accounting professional for a client of ours in the Blaine area. This is a contract-to-hire role paying up to $80K plus bonus. The client is looking for someone with strong financial analysis experience who also has a solid accounting foundation. The role will be heavily focused on analytical projects and business decision support.
Key responsibilities:
* Financial, margin & variance analysis
* Budgeting, forecasting & financial modeling
* Management reporting, KPIs & dashboards
* Analyze trends, costs & business performance
* Support operational and strategic analytical projects
* Partner with Operations & leadership
Qualifications:
* Financial analysis experience plus strong accounting knowledge
* GL, close & financial reporting experience
* Strong Excel & ERP skills
* Bachelor’s in accounting, Finance or related field
* Manufacturing experience preferred
