Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Boston

Onsite Requirements: Hybrid

Duration: Contract roles – 6-months with potential to extend

Our client is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Associate to manage and optimize direct-to-consumer paid media campaigns. This role will focus on improving return on ad spend, driving efficient customer acquisition, testing new strategies, and identifying opportunities to scale performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage paid digital campaigns across social, search, and programmatic channels.
• Own campaign budgets, performance monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
• Analyze key metrics, including ROAS, conversions, and customer acquisition performance.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement improvements.
• Develop and execute A/B tests across audiences, creative, messaging, offers, and landing pages.
• Partner with creative and analytics teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Recommend new channels, tactics, and opportunities to drive growth.
• Monitor digital advertising trends and competitive activity.
• Support additional digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience preferred.
• Experience managing paid social and paid search campaigns and budgets.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, conversion metrics, and campaign optimization.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet-based reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with conversion tracking, web analytics, and landing page optimization is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Self-starter who can independently manage priorities and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborative, proactive mindset with an interest in testing and continuous improvement.
