Billing Specialist
Billing Specialists! My goodness, we could use your help! Well, our client can! Our client, located near Rocky Mount, is in need of a tried-and-true Billing Specialist to work on a temporary but long-term basis.
As the Billing Specialist, you will work alongside a team helping to process:
- High volume billing and invoice generation
- Reviewing billing data for accuracy
- Resolving billing discrepancies
- Communicating with internal teams regarding billing questions
- Tracking payments and updating customer accounts
- Assisting with account reconciliations
- Various related billing and accounting duties as needed

To be considered for this specific position you would need:
- 1+ year of billing or related accounting experience
- Experience working within an ERP system
- Intermediate MS Excel
