Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in construction project management, field coordination, or similar role
Experience managing commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and construction documentation
Proven experience coordinating subcontractors across multiple trades
Experience with QA/QC processes in construction environments
Proficiency with project management tools
Desired Skills:
Experience with low-voltage systems, structured cabling, or IT infrastructure deployments
Background in hospitality design/construction or similar fast-paced build environments
Experience supporting healthcare, clinical, or large-scale facility expansion projects
Familiarity with technology delivery within construction (IS/IT integration)
Description of Role/Responsibilities:
Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a highly driven Field Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of construction and technology deployment projects. This individual will serve as a critical partner to Construction and Electrical Project Managers, ensuring high-quality project delivery while proactively identifying risks, gaps, and issues in the field. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of driving resolution, mitigation, and continuous improvement. This role is field-based and focused on oversight, coordination, and quality assurance-not hands-on trade work.
