Global Billing Analyst
Billing Analysts- we need you, and so does our client! Our client, a well-established global law firm, is looking for a detail-oriented Global Billing Analyst to join their team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and have a knack for precision, this could be a great fit.
As the Global Billing Analyst, you will work alongside a team helping to:
- Prepare and process complex client invoices in accordance with attorney and client guidelines
- Review billing for accuracy, ensuring compliance with client agreements, rates, and outside counsel guidelines
- Partner with attorneys and legal staff to finalize billing and resolve any discrepancies
- Handle electronic billing (e-billing) submissions through various client portals
- Monitor billing statuses, track rejections, and make necessary corrections
- Assist with WIP (Work in Progress) management and billing adjustments
- Respond to client and internal inquiries related to billing and invoicing
- Support month-end billing close processes and reporting
- Various related billing and accounting duties as needed

To be considered for this position, you would need:
- 2+ years of billing experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
- Experience with e-billing platforms (e.g., Elite, Aderant, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
