Prepare and test laboratory samples for product development, quality control, and process optimization.

Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment following standard procedures.

Accurately record data, maintain lab notebooks, and update electronic records.

Assist with inventory control, labeling, and safe handling of chemicals and materials.

Perform routine calculations, dilutions, and reagent preparation.
-
Support process scale-up and product testing as needed.

Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of lab projects.
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.

1-3 years of laboratory experience (academic or industry).

Knowledge of safe laboratory practices and chemical handling.
-
Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation accuracy.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning lab software systems.
