Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Company in Huntersville is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Contract to Hire, M-F, 8 am – 5 pm
Position Summary
We’re hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to support customers with billing questions, service requests, account updates, and general inquiries. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers by phone and digital channels, ensuring a positive experience while accurately documenting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
What You’ll Do
- Provide professional customer support in both English and Spanish via phone, email, chat, and/or online portals
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, payment arrangements, and account explanations
- Process service requests such as start/stop/transfer service, scheduling, and basic troubleshooting intake
- Explain utility programs, policies, and service options in a clear, customer-friendly manner
- Enter and update customer information accurately in CRM and billing systems
- Resolve common issues on first contact and escalate complex matters to the appropriate department
- Handle sensitive situations (late payments, disconnections, service interruptions) with empathy and professionalism
- Meet or exceed quality, productivity, and attendance expectations
- Follow all company guidelines for customer data privacy and regulatory compliance
