Administrative Assistant
Tax office in Charlotte looking for a seasonal Administrative Assistant to join their team for the busy tax season. Contract / Temp-to-perm opportunity. Regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 – 5:00. Pay range – $18
Responsibilities
- Assisting with various administrative duties throughout the office.
- Drafting and proofreading correspondence.
- Scheduling and calendaring.
- Answering phones as needed.
- Assisting with special projects.
- Performing other duties as required.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume, office.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in an office environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- Organization and attention to detail.
