A local nonproft in the Pittsburgh area is searching for a Recruiter. We are looking for somebody who has experience with the full recruiting life cycle and has worked on all levels of positions. If you are an experienced recruiter looking to join a reputable organization, apply tpday!
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting life cycle for candidates
- Work to fill open position within a 4-week time line
- Discuss hiring needs with the managers to understand qualifications and responsibilities
- Coordinate and attend Career Fairs and Recruiting Events
- Post job advertisements and monitor incoming applications
- Conduct phone screens with candidates to determine their qualifications
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services organizations, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
- A minimum of three years’ human resources experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be aggressive, strategic, and creative in filling challenging positions timely.
