Well-established healthcare company is looking for a Team Lead/Quality Assurance Associate to join their team! Searching for individuals who have previous healthcare based customer service and can assist in the training and development of other agents. This company offers benefits and weekly pay!
Responsibilities
– Coach and train other agents by analyzing data, processes and workflows
– Perform and document quality assurance evaluations
– Identify and address quality issues
– Auditing work completed by other agents
– Communicate with internal and external clients and vendors
Requirements:
– 1+ years of experience as a Case Manager, Benefits Verification Specialist, or a similar role
– Proficiency in MS Excel
– Knowledge of performance metrics, healthcare benefits and claims
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
