Our client, a law firm, is seeking a temporary to permanent Webinar & Training Coordinator to join their team!
About the Job:
- Supports the full lifecycle of virtual and in‑person training and client events, including planning, production, execution, and post‑event follow‑up.
- Coordinates speakers and presenters while providing Zoom and AV technical support for webinars and workshops.
- Manages attendee communications, CPE tracking, LMS course builds, and related event documentation.
- Partners with senior staff and clients in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment, leveraging strong PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and communication skills.
About You:
- 3+ years of virtual events coordination experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience utilizing Zoom and Microsoft Teams is required
- Proficiency working in a fast-paced environment and coordinating with senior leadership and clients
- Effective written communication, proofreading, interpersonal, and presentation skills
About the Position:
- $25-$28/hour, depending on experience
- $55K-$67K, when converted permanently
- Fully in-office, Monday-Friday
- Office in Washington DC, Metro accessible!
