Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare financial services space, is seeking a Patient Experience Representative to join their team in a fully remote, contract-to-hire opportunity. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service and support patients with questions related to their accounts and available financial programs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to grow within a mission-driven organization.

About You:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology is a plus
  • Willingness to work Saturdays as scheduled

About the Job:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls from patients
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on program enrollment and payment reminders
  • Educate patients on available programs and explain benefits clearly using provided scripts
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality assurance standards
  • Verify customer identity prior to sharing account information
  • Accurately document interactions and complete post-call tasks
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on products and policies
  • Handle all interactions in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, paying $19/hour during the temporary period and $19/hour upon permanent conversion. This role is fully remote, but candidates must be based in Tennessee.
