Our client, a national trade association, is seeking a temporary to permanent Health Nonprofit Project Associate to join their team in Washington, DC!
About the Job:
- Manage day-to-day operations, support project leaders, ensure policy compliance, maintain clear communication, and foster a professional, collaborative team environment.
- Coordinate events, meetings, forums, webinars, travel, onboarding, calendars, deadlines, and project tracking.
- Support work planning, budgeting, reporting, expense tracking, contracts, invoicing, and internal documentation.
- Manage website updates, support publications and marketing needs, develop presentations, and ensure materials meet branding and editorial standards.
- Assist with surveys, focus groups, data requests, literature reviews, reporting, dissemination of research findings, and maintenance of organized reference and project files.
- Provide support to the team through additional tasks as required.
About You:
- 3+ years of related project management or program coordination experience are required.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, Zoom, and presentation software is required.
- Experience working with surveying software such as Smartsheet, SurveyMonkey, or Qualtrics is required.
- Strong strategy, execution, and quality control skills while meeting tight deadlines.
About the Position:
- $27/hr-$31/hr, while temporary, depending on experience.
- $29/hr-$33/hr, when permanent, depending on experience.
- Hours are 9am-5pm.
- Hybrid with 4 days/week on site in Washington, DC.
