Senior Real Estate Project Manager

Position Overview

A highly established financial organization is seeking a Senior Real Estate Project / Program Manager to lead complex, large-scale corporate interior and renovation projects. This is a senior-level, highly visible role requiring exceptional judgment, polish, and the ability to operate independently while partnering closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

This position is suited for an experienced professional who has led high-value, corporate real estate projects and is comfortable presenting to senior leadership, managing multiple workstreams, and driving outcomes in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of corporate real estate and interior construction projects, including planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, construction, and closeout
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects ranging from large, multi-floor renovations to interior refreshes and workplace reconfigurations
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
  • Present project updates, design concepts, and financial summaries to senior leaders and executive-level stakeholders
  • Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to maintain schedule, budget, and quality standards
  • Coordinate closely with internal partners such as IT, security, facilities, procurement, finance, and legal
  • Manage and hold accountable external vendors including architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
  • Ensure strong financial controls, cost forecasting, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare and review project documentation including RFPs, contracts, change orders, and closeout materials
  • Maintain best practices related to corporate interiors, construction standards, and safety guidelines

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in real estate project or program management
  • Direct experience managing corporate interior construction projects (real estate PM experience is required)
  • Background supporting large, complex, high-budget corporate projects
  • Experience with renovations, refurbishments, relocations, and internal workplace improvements
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, schedules, and cost controls
  • Proven ability to work independently while leading cross-functional teams
  • Exceptionally polished verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting to executive audiences and senior leadership groups
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-expectation environment
  • Construction management, architectural, or similar technical background required
