This onsite Executive Assistant contract role offers $35/hour, runs 9:00-5:00 for 3+ months, and is based in Boston. The opportunity is with a well-established professional services firm specializing in economic and financial analysis for litigation and regulatory matters, supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Coordinate internal, client, and special events meetings
  • Support business development through contact management, leads tracking, and promotional materials
  • Assist with billing, including proofreading invoice narratives and tracking accounts receivable
  • Handle conflict checks, engagement letters, and correspondence files
  • Anticipate and proactively support the needs of busy executives

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally in professional services
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Experience supporting billing, scheduling, and executive-level coordination
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a deadline-driven setting
