Reputable logistics company in search of a Customer Service Representative to join their team for 6 months on a temporary basis. Searching for an individual with prior experience providing office-based customer support experience, ideally in a logistics, transportation, or manufacturing environment. This company offers free parking, weekly pay, and benefits while on contract.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to incoming phone calls from customers regarding shipments, billing, and general account questions
– Schedule appointments for customers
– Maintain detailed records and perform data entry related tasks
Requirements:
– Prior experience in a customer support or data entry role
– Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– High School Diploma or GED required
