Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior partner in Industrials along with several MD/VP‑level bankers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume banking environment, is comfortable interacting with senior corporate executives, and can anticipate needs several steps ahead. Hours are 8:30/9:00am-5:30/6:00pm with some overtime and the schedule is hybrid with four days onsite (Monday-Thursday), including weekly support at their second office location on Wednesdays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to one senior partner and 3-4 bankers, including extensive calendar management and heavy meeting coordination
- Handle frequent scheduling with public‑company C‑suite executives and their assistants
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, meeting logistics, and itineraries
- Process expenses for multiple team members with accuracy and timeliness
- Draft, edit, and send professional emails on behalf of team members
- Anticipate timing, bandwidth, and workflow considerations to proactively adjust scheduling (e.g., recognizing when a proposed turnaround time is unrealistic and offering alternatives)
- Support deal teams by coordinating internal working sessions, client meetings, and follow‑up communications
- Partner closely with a team of six EAs for cross‑coverage and seamless support
Qualifications:
- 4-10+ years of Executive Assistant experience in professional services; banking experience strongly preferred
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong written communication skills and error‑free execution
- Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate changing demands
- Strong judgment with the ability to anticipate needs and think several steps ahead
- Resourceful and able to work effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Highly adaptable with experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑intensity environment
- Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset; comfortable providing backup to other EAs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems
Compensation/Benefits:
- $100K-$115K base salary + paid overtime + discretionary bonus
