Position Summary

A reputable company is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator. They are looking for someone to maintain accurate, confidential employee data; coordinate onboarding activities, support learning management and training compliance; and deliver high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain current, accurate, and confidential employee data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Conduct regular audits of employee records and data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as custodian of corporate documents and official employee records.
  • Develop and maintain systematic administrative processes and procedures for the department.
  • Coordinate new hire logistics, including start dates and documentation tracking.
  • Support new hires in navigating airport onboarding and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with and facilitate new hire orientation sessions as needed.
  • Manage complex calendars and proactively schedule internal and external meetings across the organization.
  • Prepare memoranda, correspondence, reports, agendas, notices, meeting minutes, board materials, and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree required
  • Two to three (2-3) years of related administrative experience, preferably within Human Resources, Employee Experience, or Learning & Development.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining confidential employee data and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS), learning management systems (LMS), and standard office productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
