Personal / Executive Assistant
Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: $100,000-$150,000 (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Personal / Executive Assistant to provide high-level personal support to a private individual, with limited administrative support for a small professional team. The role is heavily focused on personal organization and life management, with occasional office-related responsibilities.
This is a calm, respectful, and low-pressure environment. The individual being supported is highly capable and independent and is seeking someone who can add structure, consistency, and thoughtful follow-through to day-to-day priorities.
The position requires flexibility at times, but expectations are reasonable and communicated in advance. This is not a reactive or constantly urgent role.
Primary Responsibilities
Personal Support
- Oversee scheduling and calendar coordination, helping keep personal commitments organized and aligned
- Arrange travel logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries
- Assist with ongoing personal logistics and administrative tasks as needed
- Help manage personal projects, events, and longer-term to-dos
- Implement and maintain simple organizational systems to improve efficiency and reduce daily friction
Administrative / Office Support
- Provide light administrative assistance to a small office environment as needed
- Support scheduling, coordination, and logistics related to professional activities
- Assist with maintaining organized shared spaces and general office readiness
Qualifications & Attributes
- Experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar trusted support role
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Clear, professional communicator with strong interpersonal judgment
- High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence
- Polished yet understated personal style
- Appreciation for quality, organization, and thoughtful execution
- Exposure to or interest in creative or cultural environments is a plus
Additional Information
- Occasional travel may be required; all arrangements are planned and covered
- Some flexibility outside standard business hours, with advance notice
- Emphasis on trust, communication, and outcomes rather than rigid schedules
- Role is primarily Dallas-based, with periodic support for needs in other locations
