Our client is seeking a proactive and highly adaptable Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support two Co‑Founders and the broader leadership team within a fast‑growing health‑tech startup. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a scrappy, high‑accountability environment and enjoys being the organizational anchor of the office. Hours are 9:00/10:00am-5:00/6:00pm with flexibility for earlier meetings. The position is hybrid with three days onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including heavy calendar management for Co‑Founders and select executives
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end interview logistics including scheduling, onsite hosting, debriefs, and assignment tracking
  • Support employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience from offer to first week
  • Oversee all office operations including vendor coordination, stocking supplies and snacks, managing deliveries, and maintaining a productive workspace
  • Own office culture initiatives including monthly team‑bonding events, offsite planning, swag ordering, gifting, and celebrations
  • Assist with setup and troubleshooting of office technology including TVs, phones, and conference room systems
  • Coordinate travel for sales, marketing, and leadership teams as needed
  • Manage operational research, scheduling conflicts, and company‑wide meeting coordination (All Hands, team meetings, etc.)
  • Draft and support external communications including outreach to prospects, partners, and candidates
  • Prepare expense reports, assist with travel documentation, and support operational follow‑through across teams

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting executives or leadership teams; startup or tech experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills with excellent written English; experience drafting external‑facing correspondence
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent time‑management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and anticipate needs in a fast‑paced, constantly shifting environment
  • Experience supporting recruiting logistics, office management, or event coordination
  • Comfortable interacting with clients, partners, candidates, and senior leaders
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and productivity tools

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $90K-$120K base salary + meaningful equity
