Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This client is a leading general contractor providing comprehensive construction related services, with a depth of experience and focus in commercial retail projects and design-build project delivery.
Position Description
This position is based in Raleigh, North Carolina and responsibilities include:
- Overall responsibility for ensuring successful project execution from project beginning to completion.
- Periodic estimating and budgeting
- Creative problem resolution
- Project Scheduling
- Communication to all project stakeholders
- Supervision and management of superintendents
- Subcontractor and supplies negotiation and contracting
- Project financial management
- Periodic pre-construction services in tandem with pre-construction team
- Support and enforcement of company safety program
Position Requirements
- 4-year degree in civil engineering, construction management or related coursework
- Minimum of 8 years project management experience
- Experience with retail, hospitality, office, and industrial preferred
- 8MM + construction project size preferred
