Our client, an immigration services firm located in Boston, is seeking a Business Immigration Coordinator to join their team. This onsite, full-time role (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm) will run for 6+ months with potential to extend or convert permanent. It is compensating $25/hour and requires a Bachelor’s degree. Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble, organize, and package non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications
- Provide administrative support including sorting/distributing mail and scanning documents
- Update and manage case statuses, ensuring deadlines are met
- Organize, maintain, and file legal documents and supporting materials
- Prepare and collect cases for shipping
- Communicate case progress, issues, and updates to supervisors
- Utilize internal data management systems accurately (including Excel and case platforms)
- Follow firm standards and compliance procedures to mitigate risk
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Client service-oriented mindset with high productivity standards
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong proofreading ability
- Team-oriented with a collaborative and positive attitude
