Our client, a well-known Private PE firm in Boston, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Temporary Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role is anticipated to be a 3 month contract and is paying $43/hour. This position requires strong judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly while supporting senior-level executives.
Temporary Executive Assistant
Duration: Approximately 3-4 months
Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and ever-changing executive calendars with precision and discretion
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics
- Organize and support internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are executed smoothly
- Track business expenses and prepare timely and accurate expense reports
- Create, edit, and maintain documents and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Plan and execute a variety of events, including executive dinners, office gatherings, and large-scale conferences
- Provide ad hoc administrative and personal support as needed, including travel planning, reservations, and mailings
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven administrative experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- Background supporting senior leaders in an entrepreneurial, investment, consulting, or technology-driven setting strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate across geographies and personalities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, real-time environment with shifting priorities
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and time-management capabilities
- Detail-oriented with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines
- Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure success
- Team-oriented with a collaborative and positive approach
