Our client, a brand management firm that acquires consumer brands across fashion, retail and sports, is seeking a professional, steady, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CFO and broader finance team in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a rising EA with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support leaders who travel frequently and manage international time zones. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CFO and a group of finance professionals, prioritizing CFO support
  • Manage complex calendars, internal meetings, external calls, and multi‑time‑zone scheduling
  • Support meeting logistics including preparing materials, gathering documentation, printing, and room setup
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel with assistance from a travel agency; prepare itineraries and adjust plans proactively
  • Process expense reports and assist with tracking corporate card activity
  • Screen emails, manage inbox flow, and prioritize urgent requests
  • Support conference room coordination, ordering lunches, and ensuring office and meeting spaces remain tidy and ready for visitors
  • Liaise with building reception and internal staff for visitor access
  • Assist with office operations alongside the Office Manager, including supplies, restocking, and ad hoc tasks

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of Executive Assistant or administrative experience, ideally in finance or professional services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, steady presence
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident, discreet, and able to read the room when interacting with senior executives
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong partner to the Office Manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort with spreadsheets and basic Excel tasks
  • Degree highly preferred
